What Did We Think?
Rebecca Armour says: A chilling depiction of the hardships endured for those in third world nations, Captain Phillips wastes no time with boring introductions and has you on the edge of your seat within thirty minutes. Complete with moments of laughter to break the overwhelming tension, Captain Phillips is sure to take you on a heart-wrenching endeavour of survival.

One Response so far.

  1. The final 15 minutes of this film turn what was previously a good film into a great one. Tom Hanks delivers some of the best acting of his career while barely saying a single word. In those last few minutes all my feelings that the film was a little too long for what it was were pushed aside for just one thought: “wow”.
    4 stars for me too.
